The Red Cross today established headquarters in the Webster School, 10th and H streets, from which it will direct its activities in conjunction with the District and federal  uthori¬
ties engaged in combating the epidemic. Food as well as medical assistance will be furnished by the Red Cross.

The Webster School is at the intersection of H and 10th Streets, NW.


“Four Zones Established, Using Schoolhouses as Headquarters, in Sick Aid
Dr. Mustard of the public health service announced the establishment of four zones with headquarters in schoolhouses, to carry out the work of assistance for the District health
service in battling with the contagion.”
