The Red Cross today established headquarters in the Webster School, 10th and H streets, from which it will direct its activities in conjunction with the District and federal  uthori¬
ties engaged in combating the epidemic. Food as well as medical assistance will be furnished by the Red Cross.

The Webster School is at the intersection of H and 10th Streets, NW.
